Thank you for attending the 2018 Vascular Annual Meeting.

Housing is now closed.

All reservation and changes are being submitted to the hotels June 13, 2018. Please allow the hotel at least 48-72 business hours to enter and update its reservation system.

Please contact the hotel(s) directly, after the above mentioned 48-72 business hours, asking to speak with Group In-House reservations or the Front Desk to make changes or cancel current reservation/s. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number from the hotel when you cancel your reservation. If an advanced deposit was paid, please contact MCI USA to request a refund.

Onsite housing assistance in the convention hall near registration will be available beginning Wednesday, June 20, 2018.
