All reservations are being submitted to the hotels March 5. Please allow the hotel at least 48-72 business hours to enter and update its reservation system.

Please contact the hotel(s) directly, after the above mentioned 48-72 business hours, asking to speak with Group In-House reservations or the Front Desk to make changes or cancel current reservation/s. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number from the hotel when you cancel your reservation. If an advanced deposit was paid, please contact Wyndham Jade at 800-722-9806 (US & Canada) / 972-349-7602 (International) to request a refund.

Onsite housing assistance will be available beginning March 14 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
